Two new panoramas, one from a balloon ride near Napa & another of home, here in Half Moon Bay from Poplar Street. -- Posted Nov. 9th 2012 OpenFace WART! - Here it is, my WART has been born :D Took this piece of foam out yesterday and worked like a charm! Made some nice turns and punchy drops, hung in there through some sections. 6' ~ 18 3/4 ~ 2 3/8 The WARTs bending with some medium amount of rocker with a nice kick out the tail, deep single concave nose to tail, semi full rails. Feeling pretty good about this board. The carbon tissue was much easier to glass this time around. Took Robin's advice on adding some color to the OpenFace design, I'm enjoying the color look more and more. Finally finished Robins surfboard :P Few months back I started something for her and put it on hold cause I felt unhappy with the original design. So with a little reworking I came up with this shortboard for her thats 5'4 ~ 19 1/4 ~ 2 3/8. With a pretty wide nose at about 15" similar to a fish I like to ride when the surf is small, the tail runs the same size. Took the templete from my OF sleaze to narrow up the front of the board. 5'11" ~ 18 7/8 ~ 2 3/8.
